CrazyBoosting allows users to request deletion of personal data associated with their account and social login providers, including Facebook Login.
This page explains how to make a deletion request, what happens after we receive it, and how you can remove Facebook as a login method without deleting your whole account.

How to request deletion
Email our support team and tell us you want your account or social login data removed.
If you want to delete your CrazyBoosting account or request deletion of data received through Facebook Login, please contact us at [email protected].
Please include the email address connected to your CrazyBoosting account and mention that you are requesting account/data deletion. This helps us locate the correct account and verify the request.

What happens after your request
We review each request and delete or anonymize the account data we are able to remove.
After receiving your request, we will review it and delete or anonymize eligible account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal, fraud prevention, tax, payment, marketplace safety, and dispute-resolution obligations.

Data we may need to retain
Some records must be kept where required or permitted by law, even after a deletion request.
Some records related to completed orders, payments, disputes, fraud prevention, seller payouts, and legal compliance may need to be retained where required or permitted by law.
Where we retain information, we limit it to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes and continue to protect it under our Privacy Policy.

Disconnect Facebook Login
If you only want to stop using Facebook to sign in, you can disconnect it without deleting your account.
You can also disconnect Facebook Login from your CrazyBoosting account in your account settings if you only want to remove Facebook as a login method. Disconnecting Facebook Login does not delete your CrazyBoosting account or its order history.
