Platform fees vary by category, so the interface shows the live fee for the listing you are creating. Before you publish, the form previews what the buyer pays and what you receive.

You enter the buyer's final price. We deduct the applicable platform fee for that category.

Deliver and document the order
Complete the work, communicate on-platform, and provide proof when the order flow or staff review requires it.

Wait for completion
Funds stay held until the buyer confirms receipt or staff completes the order after reviewing the available evidence.

Request payout
Once the order is completed, you can request a withdrawal from your available seller balance.

Seller funds are not withdrawable until the order is completed. Completion happens after buyer confirmation or staff review based on the order record, messages, timing, and delivery evidence.

New sellers are typically paid out in 2-3 days. Strong order history, clean delivery records, and low dispute rates can improve payout handling over time.
Trust is earned in public
Instant payouts are not available yet. What buyers can see today is your storefront policy, response window, listing quality, completed orders, ratings, and reviews.
Rules and enforcement
Serious marketplace rules, not symbolic warnings.
Fraud, misrepresentation, reclaiming sold goods, and similar abuse are strictly prohibited. When that behavior appears, we can remove listings, hold payouts, suspend seller access, or permanently ban the account.

Listing removal, payout holds, manual review, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the marketplace depending on severity and repeat behavior.
