Buyer-seller communication stays on CrazyBoosting
CrazyBoosting chat is the required place for order questions, delivery coordination, status updates, and dispute-relevant communication.
- Do not ask buyers or sellers to move to personal Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, email, private servers, phone calls, text messages, or any other external contact method.
- Do not share personal Discord usernames, Discord invite links, Telegram handles or links, WhatsApp numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, private server invites, or equivalent contact details in buyer-seller chat.
- Do not use coded spelling, screenshots, spacing, punctuation, or other formatting to bypass communication filters.
- CrazyBoosting may block messages that appear to request or share external contact details and may log those attempts for admin review.

Section 02
Payments and deals stay on CrazyBoosting
Marketplace protection depends on a complete platform order record and payment trail.
- Do not request PayPal, crypto, Binance, Revolut, Wise, bank transfer, payment links, wallet addresses, friends-and-family payments, direct deals, or any other external payment method.
- Any buyer found through CrazyBoosting must complete the transaction through CrazyBoosting, even if the buyer later contacts the seller again.
- Orders, services, refunds, disputes, payout review, and marketplace protection apply only to transactions completed through CrazyBoosting.

Official notification integrations
CrazyBoosting supports official Discord, Telegram, and email notifications so users can stay responsive without leaving the platform.
- Official CrazyBoosting Discord, Telegram, and email integrations are allowed only as notification and reply channels connected to CrazyBoosting.
- These integrations do not permit moving buyers or sellers into a personal Discord server, Telegram chat, WhatsApp thread, email thread, or private payment arrangement.
- Replies sent through official integrations are treated as CrazyBoosting chat messages and remain subject to the same marketplace safety rules.

Buyer and seller protection
Keeping communication and payments on-platform protects both sides and gives staff a clear record if help is needed.
- Buyers should keep all communication and payments on CrazyBoosting. Orders completed outside CrazyBoosting are not covered by marketplace protection or dispute support.
- Sellers should keep order requirements, progress updates, delivery evidence, and buyer questions inside CrazyBoosting chat so order history is clear.
- CrazyBoosting may use chat history, order records, payment records, delivery proof, and safety logs when reviewing disputes or marketplace-risk concerns.

Enforcement
Enforcement is intended to protect marketplace integrity while giving staff review context before serious seller actions are taken.
- Violations may lead to blocked messages, admin warnings, hidden listings, manual payout review, payout holds, or seller suspension.
- Violation thresholds for warnings, listing visibility, payout review, and suspension may be configured by CrazyBoosting based on marketplace risk.
- Administrative actions are reviewed in context, including message content, order history, prior violations, dispute history, and seller cooperation.
