Does this guarantee a flipping profit?
No. Margins can disappear quickly, buy limits matter, and shown prices may not fill instantly in the Grand Exchange.
Does the calculator include GE tax?
Yes. It subtracts a 2 percent tax capped at 5,000,000 GP from the estimated sell side before calculating margin.
